The participation of children in museums
On August 24, ICOM unveiled the new definition of a museum, which emphasizes including the participation of communities and whose childhoods cannot be blurred. In this line, Papalote Museo del Niño (Mexico) and the MIM (Chile) are carrying out participation exercises to include children in their decisions. Through this video, we highlight the ideas and reflections of girls and boys for museums and the duty we have to listen to them.
